Cheerios Incident

We were feeding Micah dinner tonight, and we noticed that he had a Cheerio stuck to his face! How cute Micah!!!!

New toys updated for 2010!

Brent got an old keyboard at work that Micah has been enjoying. Whenever I was at the computer with Micah on my lap, he would want to hit the keyboard, so now he has his own!
Aunt Rachel brought over two cell phones-one that even works- for Micah! I guess one night that she was babysitting he wanted her iPhone and she wouldn't let him and he got really mad! So, she brought these over instead. Thanks, Aunt Rachel!

Christmas at Nannie and Papa Jer's house

Micah got to get a bath in Nannie's sink. It was a baby hot tub!

For Christmas, Micah got a piggy bank with coins that he puts in it. He loves playing with Aunt Keli.
Everyone gathered around the dining room table for the Christmas meal.
Micah's favorite part about the presents was the wrapping paper, bags, and ribbon!
He is starting to get the hang of this eating at meals thing!

Rachel bought him a huge blowup penguin that has balls inside. He bats at it!

Nannie got him a book that is all about the creatures of the ocean. I can't wait until I can take him to the aquarium in Jenks next summer!

Jolleen and Daniel announced that they are going to be new parents in August! I was thrilled and I know that Micah is going to love his new cousin so much!

We had a beautiful white Christmas! I can't believe Micah's first Christmas was a white one!

The day before Christmas Eve, Daddy and I took Micah on a walk on the ranch to see the horses. It was a mild day and perfect for walking off Mom's chocolate chip cookies!

When I took this picture, Johnny Bob jumped from the sound of the camera so I didn't take any more.

Ok, so both Micah and I look a little groggy, but we both had just gotten up. Great-Grandma gave Micah Pooh Bear and a lovely soft-cover edition of "The Night Before Christmas." I plan on putting it out just at Christmas time.

Christmas 2009

This is Micah's first Christmas! On December 22nd, we drove to Grandma and Grandpa's house and got there before the blizzard hit. Grandma allowed Micah to open some of his presents early so he could play with them while we were there. He had so much fun!

Grandma and Grandpa got Micah a Jungle Ball Pit. Very fun!

Mom bought these blocks for us in Germany. I can remember them being in the window ever since I was a little girl. It was special to see Micah playing with them.

New Jammies

After his bath, I put him in his new pajamas that I bought at Belks last weekend. He is so adorable in them! He was still munching on "Turtle Toes" when I took this shot.
